The chairs are great, although very difficult to assemble. THere were no predrilled holes in a few spots so that made it more difficult. The manual was difficult to understand.
I was nervous purchasing this set without getting to see it in person but I am so happy that I took a chance. Not only are these barstools beautiful and comfortable but they are also made of very high quality materials. The customer service was also excellent and I was able to customize my colors. I am a very happy customer!

Got the 5’ glider with pull down cup holder. Assembled in a few hours, would be faster if I had an extra set of hands. Directions were easy to follow, hardware is first class and once assembled very sturdy. This was early Mother’s Day present for my wife and she loves it. It came in three boxes, I received 2 of 3 and Jeffery in customer service was all over it telling me the third box got separated by FedEx somehow but would be delivered the next day and it was.
