AMAZING Customer Service!!!

I received a great product (A&L Furniture's 6-foot Fanback Red Cedar Glider) at a fantastic price ($40 less than Hayneedle for the exact same item). Even BETTER, I received PHENOMENAL customer service--both from Jeffrey Tottenheim at Rocking Furniture AND from Melvin at A&L Furniture. Both gentlemen called me and kept in touch about my shipments, including a free replacement part for something damaged in shipping. My family is now LOVING our front-porch glider; we will DEFINITELY be ordering again from Rocking Furniture!!! I really cannot say enough good things about these people.
